Alexandra Pöttker-Wittmann, an HR expert in agile and digital transformation, is taking over as regional head of HR strategy and organization at the Dentsu agency network.

On Monday, Dentsu announced the appointment of Alexandra Pöttker-Wittmann as Chief People Officer for Germany & DACH, effective September 1, 2023. Pöttker-Wittmann has more than two decades of experience in leading international HR organizations: in people development, increasing employee engagement, coaching leaders, designing and implementing HR strategies, and organizational development. As Chief People Officer, she will lead Dentsu's entire HR function in DACH, drive Dentsu's strategic HR priorities and also play a key role in shaping Dentsu's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) activities.
