Elections and facts about the business year at the IAB Annual Meeting

At the general meeting of the IAB Switzerland Association, the association announced, among other things, an expansion of its staff at the headquarters.

A sold-out flagship conference DEX22, an increase in memberships, new initiatives for the digital advertising market, a revamped website, and the election of some of the board members and advisory board members: These were the topics of the General Assembly of the IAB Switzerland Association.

In his welcoming address, the Swiss IAB President Martin Radelfinger commented positively on the past year and the current course of the association. However, there were declines at the IAB Academy. IAB Managing Director Urs Flückiger therefore announced various measures such as the new orientation or new conception of various course offerings. The association also wants to increase its presence in the market this year and has also announced an increase in staff for the office. On a positive note, the IAB was again able to increase the number of members compared to the same period last year and welcomed six new members to its ranks. Flückiger concluded the financial review with the announcement of a positive result for 2022.
