Marco Caradonna strengthens Nexoya board of directors
Nexoya's executive board is expanding. Marco Caradonna, founder and managing partner of BlackSheep MadTech Fund, will play a strategic role in shaping the international expansion of the Swiss marketing analytics startup.

Managing Director and marketing expert Marco Caradonna founded Simple Agency, which he claims is the largest digital marketing agency in Italy. He also served as CEO of the media agency Carat Italia, which is part of Dentsu, and is co-founder and managing partner at BlackSheep MadTech Fund.
The startup Nexoya, based in Zurich and Berlin, is to benefit in particular from Caradonna's international experience in the marketing industry: He will provide strategic support to founders Manuel Dietrich and Marco Hochstrasser in the international orientation of the company, which was founded in 2018. Nexoya optimizes and automates digital multi-channel marketing campaigns in real time based on artificial intelligence. Advertisers are expected to achieve up to 70 percent more conversions.
Until now, the management board had four members: the two Nexoya founders Manuel Dietrich and Marco Hochstrasser, the president of the Swiss ICT Investor Club SICTIC Thomas Dübendorfer and the international marketing strategist Chris Boorman. Now Marco Caradonna joins the board. The board primarily fulfills strategic tasks at Nexoya: The members consult regarding the grand strategy, make strategic decisions for the business units and develop the long-term planning for the start-up.
