ZPRG: Board confirmed and one new member
The Zurich Public Relations Association (ZPRG) held its general meeting on Monday evening. During the meeting, the members in attendance re-elected the board of directors and the executive committee. Riccarda Engi, communications director at Zurich Water, was newly elected to the board of directors.

With more than 400 individual and collective members, the Zurich PR Society is one of the largest professional associations in the communications industry in Switzerland. It offers communication professionals from companies and agencies a network and further education in various formats, such as events, talks or workshops.
In the past association year 2022, the ZPRG again organized a dozen events on relevant specialist topics, from metaverse to media development to social intranet, or on socially relevant topics, such as the political situation in the USA (with a live link to a US correspondent) or insights into quantum physics (with an exclusive guided tour at the ETH).

Furthermore, the ZPRG publishes the successful media podcast ComSumCast together with the Zurich Press Association ZPV. SRF presenter Reto Lipp interviews personalities from the media and communications industry every month. The user numbers of the ComSumCast on the popular podcast platforms confirm that the format has established itself not only among communications experts and media professionals.
All events of the other six regional societies of PR Suisse are also open to ZPRG members. This national networking is strongly promoted with events such as an umbrella association AGM and an annual PR symposium, which will take place in October 2023.
In addition to the confirmation of the board with Roland Baumann, Raphael Bühler, Katharina Krämer and the presidium with vice president Marie-Françoise Ruesch and president Dominik Allemann, the members elected Riccarda Engi as a new member.
