As of January 1, 2023, Marco Eberhard handed over the management of Promotion-Tools to his management team and granted them equity in the company.
Marco Eberhard has handed over the management of Promotion-Tools to his management team as of January 1, 2023, while at the same time giving them a stake in the company. In the new structure, the live and field marketing company involves Nathalie Vörös (Finance), Denise Zweifel (Operations), Christian Wolfer (Business Development), Yohann Preti (Romandie branch) and Timur Viskhapov (Logistics) in the company; at the same time, the responsibility of the company management is distributed among these five people.
Majority shareholder Marco Eberhard will increasingly focus on strategic issues, continue to actively support the management as a member of the Board of Directors and also contribute his many years of experience directly to client mandates. "With this internal succession, we are not only demonstrating continuity, but also leaving room for a new management organization to develop," says Eberhard.
