Last but not least: Action for less skin
The young EVP apparently wants a meek and docile election campaign. No sooner have we finally gotten a glimpse of a different side of the young National Council candidates than the evangelicals come along and cover it all up again.
The young EPP seems to be hoping for a lamblike election campaign. No sooner have we finally seen a different side of the young National Council candidates than the evangelists go and cover everything up again. In a cloak-and-dagger operation, eager party activists taped up one of the Migros lingerie posters featuring scantily clad representatives of the young parties at Zurich main station and one at Winterthur station. They had made the newly minted photo models - none of them anorexia patients yet, none of them in a relationship with a guy like Pete Doherty - extra matching dresses. Of course, they too simply want to draw attention to their election efforts, sensitize people to sexist advertising and admonish Migros for its commitment. We get it, but we still won't be blinded by it. In our preparations for the election, we are relying entirely on inner values and deeply human instincts. That's why we chose Mirjam Arnold (Migros model no. 16,325) from the Young CVP. She looks good and wears sensible underwear. No one understands how accumulating, deciding by universal suffrage and voting for the EPP works anyway.
