By Heart becomes Prufrock

After 28 years, the communications agency not only changes its name - By Heart becomes Prufrock - but also its appearance and organization.

Started in 1994 as a full-service advertising agency, By Heart has developed more and more into a specialist for strategic communication in recent years, working mainly with the tools of purpose and story. Now co-founder Markus Bircher has decided to make this change even more consistently visible: With a new name, a new appearance, a new organization.

Over the years, By Heart changed more and more from a classic advertising agency to a consulting firm for strategic communication that supports organizations and individuals in their development processes. The former advertising agency developed new processes and tools and gradually strengthened itself with experts from the areas of story, strategy, design and activation. For Markus Bircher, who now heads the company, this fundamental change only reflects the change in questions and needs on the part of companies: New times call for new stories. From this conviction grew the decision to take the company story into a new chapter. In doing so, he chose the name of a literary figure who has accompanied him intensively over the past years and thus inspired the company's transformation.
