Dachcom and Artisana promote health in the workplace

With various activities, services, and an annual award, the Artisana Foundation promotes occupational health in Swiss SMEs - especially in trade and production. Dachcom's measures are now intended to communicate this commitment more actively and more broadly to the outside world.

Under the motto and campaign sender "Healthy employees. Healthy company.", real employees of SMEs are at the center of the communication. These are companies that have already made good experiences with practical measures for occupational health and want to pass these on. The focus is not on problems, but on solutions.

With striking and witty core messages, solution approaches are teased, which are deepened in videos and stories with the real protagonists from the SMEs and make the benefits for the employers visible on the basis of the satisfaction of the employees. The campaign focuses on easy-to-grasp practical examples that every SME can identify with. Visually, the campaign stands out with its rich colors and distinctive, rounded shapes, which are intended to make it appear approachable and friendly.

The central campaign element is the newly designed web platform with blog Artisana.ch. Here, the stories from the SMEs can be explored in greater depth. Interested companies can use a quick check to analyze their own status in the area of occupational health.

The stories are also brought to life on social media. The mix of static and moving image content is played out as part of long-term campaign planning. Advertisements, target group-specific mailings, newsletters and various online marketing measures will also be used for the campaign. The campaign aims to highlight the various facets of occupational health in Swiss SMEs with concrete examples to follow.
