Jon Pult joins the board of directors of Feinheit
Jon Pult, a long-time strategy and communications consultant, has joined the Board of Directors at Feinheit. This move will strengthen the board’s strategic expertise and network.
Since the transformation to a holacratic organization three years ago, Feinheit has continuously expanded the partnership from the ranks of the employees. In order to strengthen participation at all levels, Feinheit's Partners have the right to propose a member of the Board of Directors who can bring the perspective of the operational agency work and the concerns of the Partners. They proposed Jon Pult, a consultant of many years' standing, to the General Meeting at the beginning of June 2022, and he was elected unanimously.
Jon Pult has been a strategy and communications consultant at the agency for over six years. In 2019, the graduate historian and former member of the Grand Council and President of the SP Graubünden was also elected to the National Council for the Canton of Graubünden. His focus at Feinheit is on strategy development and campaign conception, as well as on addressing communication challenges of actors from civil society and politics. The success Feinheit has enjoyed in recent years in the field of political communication and campaigning is also due to Jon Pult's expertise, he says.
"Feinheit's clientele has benefited greatly from Jon's strategic skills and political instincts in recent years. It is fortunate that he can now put his skills to work for the company on the Board of Directors," says Chairman Moritz Zumbühl.
A selective operational cooperation between Jon Pult and Feinheit remains possible within the scope of mandates. His employment as an employee of the agency, however, will be terminated at the end of this month in the interest of clean governance.
