After 23 years at SRF: Daniela Milanese moves to MySports

Daniela Milanese will be the new anchorwoman at MySports. Along with Jann Billeter and Lars Nay, the sports and ice hockey expert will host the show in a "Sunrise" format starting next season.

On September 14, 2022, the National League will start the new season. As usual, MySports will broadcast all games live and accompany the clubs and players through the season with comprehensive coverage. Daniela Milanese will be right at the forefront as a presenter. The 47-year-old TV pundit is thus returning to her journalistic roots after 23 years with SRF.

Milanese began her journalistic career in 1995 as an ice hockey editor at the trade newspaper "SPORT." "Ice field hockey has always been a passion of mine. The anticipation of being able to live it to the full again at MySports feels very good."

Ice hockey fans are guided through the MySports studio shows by Daniela Milanese. She receives guests and experts and analyzes the games together with them in an entertaining way. Milanese has held a wide variety of positions at SRF for sports formats. For years, she was the producer of the program "Sportpanorama" and SRF's project manager for the Torino 2006 and Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. In addition to live ice hockey broadcasts and the magazine "Eishockey - Highlights," she also presented the program "Sportheute" and tennis. Milanese accompanied numerous grand slam triumphs of Roger Federer on location. She also served as an anchorwoman at the last Summer Olympics in Tokyo in 2020.
