So that it doesn't escalate: DPD launches image campaign

If there is simply no delivery, the situation can escalate quickly. This is what Pomcanys and DPD Switzerland want to show in an entertaining way in the current DPD image campaign. The parcel service provider is now advertising with the slogan "simply deliver".

The campaign is designed to convey in meaningful everyday situations that you can rely on DPD as a partner - both professionally and privately. The campaign comprises six videos and online ads that will be broadcast from mid-April 2022 until the beginning of December 2022.

"We want to show everyday situations that can quickly become uncomfortable without a reliable partner," says Ana Cardoso, Marketing & Communication Coordinator

Numerous DPD Switzerland employees posed in front of the camera for the shoot. "It was a very nice experience to slip into a new role," says Emma Pot-De Vaan, Strategic Account Manager at DPD Switzerland in real life and a hairdresser in the clip.

Win with escalation story

On the Campaign landing page an e-bike worth 2,500 Swiss francs and two vouchers worth 500 and 200 Swiss francs will be raffled off. Participants must submit an absurd, original or funny story in which a package was "simply not delivered.
