SFJ postpones "Specialized Journalism Switzerland" conference until spring 2022
The Swiss Association of Professional Journalists (SFJ) has decided to postpone the conference scheduled for Thursday until spring 2022. The 2021 SFJ Awards ceremony will not take place.
Due to the current tense epidemiological situation, the organizers of the "Fachjournalismus Schweiz" conference have decided to postpone the event, which was scheduled for this Thursday, until spring 2022. The association regrets this decision and the short-term cancellation very much, as it says in a message of Tuesday. The program would have been extremely exciting and informative.
The organizers will try to transfer the program to the new date as much as possible. The new date will be communicated as soon as possible.
In this context, the organizers cancel the SFJ Award 2021. The prize will still be awarded - the winners will be contacted individually by the association and informed about their result and the prize they won.
