Nicole Menini and Kim Engels now lead Mediabrands Switzerland
Effective April 1, 2021, Nicole Menini and Kim Engels will take over as co-CEOs of Mediabrands in Switzerland. In this role, they will assume responsibility for the agencies Initiative, UM, and Reprise.
Menini and Engels succeed Katrin Polzer, who is leaving the agency group at her own request. The two have already been working for Mediabrands Switzerland since 2018. As Client Service Director, Menini looked after numerous clients and played a key role in the further development of the client portfolio. As Director Digital, Engels established the performance agency Reprise at the Swiss location, which has won numerous international and Swiss clients in recent years.
Petra Gnauert, CEO Mediabrands DACH, says: "We are very pleased that with Nicole and Kim we have found two extremely well-suited people internally for the management. We hold both of them in very high esteem as leaders and people and are certain that they will successfully continue to lead IPG Mediabrands Switzerland. At the same time, we thank Katrin for all that she has achieved. During the Corona pandemic, Katrin proved to be an outstanding crisis manager. With her partnership-based client relationships, clear visions and new organizational structures, she has created the best conditions for Nicole and Kim to continue growing the agency group in the Swiss market."
