The ConferenceArena is moved
In light of current developments, ConferenceArena is postponing the trade show, originally scheduled for February, to June 2, 2021.
The aim of ConferenceArena as a trade fair for business events is to be a pioneer in terms of trends and innovations. However, despite the hygiene concept, this ambition must take a back seat to the more important factor of protecting everyone's health. For this reason, the trade fair management led by Managing Director Roger Schaer has decided to postpone the ConferenceArena to Wednesday, June 2, 2021, as detailed in a press release.
"It is important to us that participants and exhibitors can visit the trade fair without any worries and experience the usual unique atmosphere of the ConferenceArena in the StageOne live," explains Schaer. "We assume that this will be the case again in June with the vaccination due in the near future and rising temperatures." According to Schaer, a purely digital event has been discussed, but the industry thrives on personal encounters.
With a hybrid format, visitors will also have the opportunity for the first time to take part in the trade fair not only live on site, but also completely digitally in a live stream via the Plazz mobile event app.
