UK-based online sexual well-being products provider Lovehoney has acquired Amorana. The acquisition was completed on Thursday, the companies said. Lukas Speiser, founder and CEO of Amorana, will retain his role. Co-founder and CMO Alan Frei will also remain with the company in the same role, he added.
According to the release, Lovehoney is based in Bath, UK. The company, which has been in business since 2002, is a global online provider of sexual well-being products and focuses primarily on couples who "desire a pleasurable and fulfilling sex life." Since 2018, Lovehoney has been owned by Telemos Capital, a private investment firm based in London.
