Please keep two sheep apart
Different countries, different (measurement) customs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Icelandic Sheep Breeders' Association is using a new unit of measurement to ensure that social distancing rules are followed.

A graphic is used to show how the distance rules can be implemented correctly. If there are two sheep between two people, the minimum distance of two meters is guaranteed. Under the graphic are the words "Remember the two-sheep rule".
According to a member of the association, the campaign was a success and encouraged many members to read the new Corona guidelines. Back in April, the Icelandic Forestry Commission had already asked people to hug trees in the forest if they lack physical closeness. So you see, the Icelanders take it with a pinch of humor.
