Actually, the artworks advertising the Internet services of the Belgian company VOO Telecom are quite pretty. As long as they really are works of art... and not a desperate attempt to establish a stable connection for a video call. Because nothing is more annoying when the picture falters, distorts or is displayed in pixels when you actually just want to see the other person and talk in peace. It is better to use a stable network.
