Ringier participates in AI marketing platform for real estate projects
Ringier and Simon Baker are participating in a funding round for Homsters, a provider of automated marketing solutions for new real estate projects.

Using the Homsters marketing platform, new projects can be marketed seamlessly across multiple online marketing channels, while buyer leads are captured, nurtured and forwarded to the developer's sales teams when ready to close. Homsters' AI-based solution is offered as SaaS to online real estate platforms and developers in various countries. Over 5000 real estate projects are currently marketed via this platform. Ringier, together with Simon Baker, Chairman of CAV Investment Group and former CEO of Australia's REA Group, participated in Homsters' latest funding round, the proceeds of which will be used to further drive international growth for the Singapore and Kiev-based PropTech company.
Andrew Olejnik, co-founder and CEO of Homsters, commented in a statement: "Our goal is to eliminate inefficiencies in the sales process for new real estate projects by digitizing as many process steps as possible. This will allow us to increase conversion rates, which ultimately mean higher sales figures, and reduce sales costs for new real estate projects. With investors like Simon Baker and Ringier supporting our goal, we gain access to some of the brightest minds in the industry and together we can accelerate the growth of our business."
"The Homsters team has created a very powerful and comprehensive marketing platform for the sale of new real estate projects. This has the potential to lead the entire property development industry into a new age of digitalization. With our investment, we want to accelerate this process. By leveraging synergies between Homsters and the Ringier portfolio of digital marketplaces, TV and print media in Europe, Asia and Africa, we are creating added value," says Axel Konjack, Head International Marketplaces Unit, Ringier.
