New shareholders and new management at Romandie Network

Kasper will take the position of CEO, Delmonico will hold the positions of CFO and CTO. The Virtual Network SA group will retain its 50 percent share. 

Kasper and Delmonico have already previously held management positions at Romandie Network and, with their in-depth knowledge of the Swiss advertising market and digital communications, have actively contributed to the company's development in recent years. 

The two will jointly take over the responsibilities of Stefan Renninger, who has relinquished all his functions in the Virtual Network Group as of June 30, 2019, to pursue new professional projects.
