Digital marketing surprises me in a positive way when... I only realize at second glance that it is a digital marketing measure.

Digital marketing bugs me when.... in everyday life, the possibilities of an intelligent application are not used properly - i.e., there is no recourse to data or interactions that have taken place.

If I had to pick one mega-trend for the future, it would be in digital marketing.... artificial intelligence - or Voice.
