Mise en place, interior design at its finest
Schläfle Trittibach implemented the overall appearance of the gastro-architects Mise en Place.

Mise en Place uses innovative interior architecture to develop design concepts for the restaurant and hotel industry. The focus is on an efficient workflow. Gastronomic visions are recorded with a unified view, planned flexibly and implemented on schedule. A cosmopolitan, contemporary style tailored to the customer and their wishes is embodied.
Following an evaluation process, Schläfle Trittibach was commissioned with the conception and realization of the overall appearance of Gastro-Architekten.
The visual identity of Mise en Place is based in the world of haute cuisine. In addition to the corporate design, the visual language, advertising campaign, Website and giveaways for the market launch. The foil-stamped logo is presented in bronze on specially hammered paper. The word mark illustrates the sense of order that is particularly important for optimal processes in the catering industry. The appearance is rounded off by French terms from the world of gastronomy, which can be seen on various advertising materials. Bon appétit.
