Nicole Schirner joins the team of Martin et Karczinski in Zurich
Nicole Schirner has joined the strategy and design consulting firm Martin et Karczinski as Director of Brand Consulting, effective immediately. Together with the management team led by Daniel Zehntner, she will continue to drive the expansion of the Zurich office.

According to the press release, the proven brand strategist has many years of experience for leading global and European brands in various industries. Her work has been recognized with several awards. "My strength lies in extracting the identity of the company, developing holistic brand identities from this and designing strategically strong concepts with relevant moments of experience along the customer and employer journey," she says. "I was involved in the digital transformation of brands at an early stage: I helped set up a start-up back in 2000 and have since implemented numerous digital projects."
After studying business administration in Cologne, Nicole Schirner began her career at Philip Morris with brands such as Marlboro and Chesterfield. She was then responsible for Feldschlösschen in Germany as Marketing Director. With her marketing consultancy, Schirner supported clients from the telecommunications, banking and FMCG sectors and built up digital start-ups. She launched the E.On brand worldwide and managed E.On's marketing in international functions for ten years.
In Switzerland, as Head of Marketing & Strategy Europe, she initiated a significant strategic business area for the Chinese global market leader Trinasolar and managed digital marketing projects worldwide. At the Swiss energy supply companies EWB and EWZ, she was responsible for Marketing & Sales as a member of the Executive Board as well as Marketing & Communications.
