Brack.ch sells via "Bring!"

The Zurich-based start-up Bring! Labs and the Aargau-based online retailer Brack.ch are now making it even easier to shop for everyday goods. With the help of the "Bring!" app, users can compile shopping lists on their smartphone, tablet or smartwatch and plan their purchases intuitively, and thanks to the new integration of the Brack.ch range, they can now also buy items from the app. Delivery is by Swiss Post on weekdays, and shipping is free for orders over CHF 50. Payment is made conveniently by invoice. If you order before 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays, the goods will be in your letterbox the following working day.

New investors, more functions, direct purchase

"Bring!", founded in 2015, is now much more than a digital shopping list. Bring! Labs has massively expanded the functionality of its app in recent years, most recently with voice control via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. At the end of February, the start-up company successfully completed its Series A financing round and attracted new investors. Shortly after its foundation, the company publicly announced that it would offer a direct purchase option in the app, and the Bring! team found a suitable partner to offer this service in the form of online specialist retailer Brack.ch. "We are proud to be the first online store to connect Brack.ch to our app. This brings us a big step closer to our vision of the perfect shopping list," says Marco Cerqui, founder and CEO of Bring! Labs AG. The comprehensive selection at Brack.ch already covers many items that Bring! users often write on their shopping lists. And, according to Cerqui, the option of buying directly from a trusted Swiss supplier from the app further enhances the customer benefits of the app.

Making the supermarket range known

In recent years, Brack.ch has repeatedly introduced new functions and services to enhance the online shopping experience for consumers. To this end, the Swiss e-commerce pioneer often cooperates with agile start-ups, and the online retailer is delighted to be working with Bring! Labs, as Marc Isler, CEO of Brack.ch AG, explains: "Bring! allows us to reach consumers who do their shopping in a completely different way to those we have known for a long time, while at the same time making our supermarket range accessible to a wider audience via this popular app." This is important because many people still associate us primarily with technology. More than twenty years ago, Brack.ch dealt exclusively in electronics, but the team has continuously expanded its range and expertise to include other product lines. Today, Brack.ch is one of Switzerland's leading online stores and supplies over 200,000 items from all areas of life - directly from its own logistics center in Willisau, Lucerne.Brack.ch launched its "Supermarket" range in March of this year, consisting of over 5,000 fast-moving everyday items, including food that can be kept without refrigeration, drinks, baby food, baking ingredients, pet supplies, personal care and cleaning products, and all Brack items can be ordered via the "Bring!" app. The purchasing process is kept as simple as possible, says Marc Isler, and linking the user accounts of Bring! and Brack.ch is also very customer-friendly. In addition, the app prominently displays recently ordered items, which makes it easier to order frequently used products, as Marc Isler explains.
