The winners of this year's E-Commerce Awards have been announced.The E-Commerce Award has established itself as a permanent industry award and once again saw record participation in 2016 with over 165 category entries. The 15-member independent jury of experts had their hands full and made it anything but easy for themselves, as the quality of the online stores submitted once again increased compared to the previous year. The Swiss company impressed the jury with its high level of innovation over the years, the high degree of integration of all customer touchpoints and the omni-channel experience par excellence.
