Chromos AG and HP Indigo: Long and successful cooperation in digital printing
DRUPA Chromos AG in Dielsdorf has been the exclusive sales partner for HP Indigo digital printing machines in Switzerland and Austria for decades. This year, both companies will once again be represented at Drupa 2016 in Düsseldorf from May 31 to June 10, 2016.
The HP Indigo 100000 digital sheetfed offset press will be presented at Drupa.As a Drupa 2016 highlight, HP Indigo is presenting the HP Indigo 10000 digital sheetfed offset press in the commercial (sheetfed printing) area. The press enables the production of print products in B2 format (750 x 530 mm) up to a print run of 1 and with individualized content. The HP Indigo 10000 is a seven-color printing system and is based on liquid ink technology. The press enables personalized printing with Pantone colors and opaque white. The HP Indigo 10000 processes substrate thicknesses from 75 to 450 micrometers as standard. Coated and uncoated materials as well as plastic films are suitable for printing. A duplex sheet turning system, a pallet feeder and two additional feed units also allow print products made up of up to three different substrates or grammages to be produced in a single pass.In the HP Indigo Industrial (web printing) sector, the main focus at Drupa will be on the HP Indigo 20000 (flexible packaging and label printing) and HP Indigo 30000 (folding cartons).
