New campaign with convinced NZZ female readers
MEDIA The new NZZ testimonial campaign starts on September 14. As part of the campaign, four prominent Swiss women explain why the "Neue Zürcher Zeitung" is indispensable to them.

Economiesuisse Director Monika Rühl is one of the faces of the new NZZ campaign. What distinguishes the "Neue Zürcher Zeitung" from other daily newspapers and why is it indispensable for its readers? Four prominent NZZ readers answer these questions in the campaign launched today. For Monika Rühl, Director of Economiesuisse, the "Neue Zürcher Zeitung" stands for independent journalism and is therefore an important pillar of the Swiss success model. Jeannine Pilloud, Head of Passenger Traffic at SBB, travels a lot by train and appreciates the Swiss quality newspaper as a companion with format. For Gesa Schneider, Director of the Literaturhaus Zürich, the "Neue Zürcher Zeitung" is able to put into words what words sometimes fail to express. Finally, Barbara Frey, director of the Schauspielhaus Zürich, sums up her appreciation of the leading medium with a quote from Thomas Bernhard's "Wittgenstein's Nephew": "And it also became clear to me at the time that a man of the mind cannot exist in a place where he does not receive the Neue Zürcher Zeitung. "The new testimonial campaign follows on from the image campaign launched in June with the black and white portraits. After the editors-in-chief and other editors expressed their views on the central NZZ values with edgy quotes in the summer, readers now have their say.Steven Neubauer, Managing Director of NZZ AG: "The four testimonials in our latest campaign are leading personalities from business, culture and society. They are representative of many NZZ readers - existing and potential - in their demand for orientation, the highest quality and knowledge." The campaign was developed and implemented in collaboration with the creative agency Studio Roth&Maerchy. The four subjects can be seen from today on banners, advertisements, e-boards and social media platforms, among other things. The first wave of the campaign runs until October 11.
