PACKAGING The pre-selection for the Swiss Packaging Award 2015 packaging competition has been made. This time there were 43 entries from 28 companies. The jury nominated 18 packages.With 43 entries, this Swiss Packaging Award year was a good one. The jury nominated 18 packages after a two-day voting process. In addition, the Audience Award will also be presented.
Public vote in progressThe public vote for the audience award is still running: anyone can vote for an innovative packaging solution until August 12. There are attractive prizes to be won. The Audience Award has been presented since 2003 as an additional special award as part of the Swiss Packaging Awards packaging competition. Here, consumers decide on the winner and not the jury.
Swiss Packaging Award - the competition for the best packagingThe Swiss Packaging Award will be presented for the 46th time this year. The winners in each category will be announced at the awards ceremony on August 27 at the Hotel Riverside in Glattfelden. With this award, the Swiss Packaging Institute SVI honors outstanding achievements in packaging. The aim of the competition is to showcase the creativity and innovative strength of the Swiss packaging industry.The Swiss Packaging Award is presented in the following categories: Sustainability, Convenience, Design, Marketing, Technology, Construction. A maximum of three packaging solutions will be nominated per category, one of which will be chosen as the winner. Packaging of all materials is eligible for the competition. The focus is on promoting and honoring holistic packaging solutions, regardless of the packaging material.
