Messerli Group takes over AlphaBlue
EVENT MANAGEMENT The Messerli Group has acquired a majority stake in AlphaBlue Event Management AG. With this move, the company aims to further expand its market leadership in the field of event organization.
AlphaBlue is a specialist in event organization. At the Olympic Games in Londen, it designed the "Bernese Games", an area where interested parties could let off steam - with swinging, for example. Since its foundation in 2001, AlphaBlue has specialized in the organization of general meetings, conferences, congresses and exhibitions. With easyCOMM, it has also developed a communication module specially designed for such events, which allows silent communication with all participants in real time and has been used successfully for several years. These features make AlphaBlue a perfect addition to the "Magic Moment Engineers" - the experts of the Messerli Group To support the collaboration, AlphaBlue is also moving closer to the Messerli Group. At the end of January 2015, the team will move its office to the Group headquarters in Wetzikon. With the acquisition of AlphaBlue Event Management AG, the Messerli Group now has a total of nine members.
