Patrick Heymann new Chief Commercial Officer at Edelweiss
Patrick Heymann, currently Head of Legal Affairs at Swiss International Air Lines, will become Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Executive Board at Edelweiss as of February 1, 2019.
In his current position, the 44-year-old has been responsible for Swiss' legal department since February 2017. Prior to that, he worked for Swiss in various positions abroad. In 2009, he was appointed Country Manager Russia & Ukraine, based in Moscow, before taking over as Head of the Swiss Sales and Marketing Organization for the US, Canadian and Latin American markets in New York in 2014. "I am delighted that we have been able to recruit Patrick Heymann for this position, a proven airline professional with international experience in the commercial sector," said Bernd Bauer, CEO of Edelweiss.
Patrick Heymann succeeds Alain Chisari, who moved to the parent company Lufthansa Group in Singapore as Vice President Sales Asia Pacific in September of this year.
