Ticketing with a difference: branded, uncomplicated and user-friendly. That is the idea behind Ticketpark, a young company based in Bern. With Ticketpark, there is no need for ticket buyers to register on external portals - the event organizer can simply integrate the ticket service into its site and adapt it to its own design.

Ticketpark remains in the background on the websites of event organizers. On its own site, however, the company is now presenting a new look. The Zurich advertising agency Sergeant has taken care of this. The logo, which is reminiscent of two tickets and features a sleeker lettering, is new. A new design element takes up the shape of the logo and can be used in a variety of ways for better recognition. In addition, Sergeant created an image concept that allows Ticketpark to easily edit imagery on its own. "To-the-point simplicity is our focus," says Manuel Reinhard of Ticketpark. "The new look needed to come across as straightforward, yet unmistakable, and Sergeant aptly translated this desire into color, text and images."

In addition to flyers and brochures, the website also appears more contemporary. "We wanted to create a fresher look, but remain true to the brand," says Michel Müller, CEO of Sergeant. That's why the rebranding also kept to the brand's green guiding color and friendly appearance. The result is impressive - even if Ticketpark prefers to put others in the spotlight.
