Future Connection creates campaign for first Permanence for Urology in Zurich
Seeing a specialist without an appointment? At Uroviva, that’s been possible since the opening of a urology walk-in clinic. To raise awareness of this service among the target audience, Future Connection launched a targeted campaign.

Blood in the urine, difficulty urinating or a bladder infection: Anyone confronted with such problems wants to be treated quickly - seven days a week. The opening of the first urology permanence in Zurich closes a gap in the service. The Urology Permanence is an uncomplicated point of contact for the initial assessment and treatment of urological emergencies or for a second opinion without prior appointment and long waiting times.

Taking away the fear of those affected
The Permanence's target audience consists mainly of older people from the greater Zurich area. According to Uroviva, they usually seek advice because they are afraid of cancer and want certainty quickly. This is precisely what the Future Connection campaign is alluding to with the message "The new Permanence for Urology provides relief".
In order to reach potential customers in the best possible way, posters were placed in the vicinity of pharmacies and S-Bahn stations, dispensers in streetcars and advertising stoppers in front of the Permanence. A landing page (Permanence.uroviva.ch), to which all analog advertising material refers, also provides detailed information and ensures that digitally savvy customers also find their way to Permanence.
Future Connection has been supporting Uroviva since 2011 with the conception, design and implementation of all communication materials as well as campaigns and PR work to publicize the Uroviva network.
