The result is a modern, snappy brand identity and a website that is especially optimized for conversion. Inspired by the dorsal fin of the shark sticking out of the water, the clear promise and the new positioning is: "Outstanding". So that Yellowshark clearly stands out among employees as well as employers.
Imagery and design elements for strong recall value
The triangular design element from the shark fin stands for the relationship between the personnel service provider, the employer and the employee. The symbol not only characterizes the new logo design, but also points to the job opportunities in the imagery and accompanies the user as an arrow pointing the way through the newly designed website. The imagery is intended to ensure that a visit to the portal generates a strong recall value. The new design was extended to all means of communication - from the company presentation to the social media presence to the in-house signaling - and today gives the company its new face.
Step by step to online conversion
The conception of the website was thought through in two ways: firstly for B2C and secondly for B2B. For employees in particular, a user experience was developed that takes the customer by the hand, motivates them to apply with tips and advice, and then accompanies them to conversion in just a few steps. In this way, in addition to an increase in traffic via targeted online marketing, the user experience was also improved. From the basic analysis of user behavior, Rosarot also created a separate section for companies that are themselves looking for outstanding employees. No one should have to fish in the dark anymore when looking for the next job or suitable candidates.
