Under the name "Wave - Brands and Stories", the competencies are bundled and all communication disciplines are offered. The joint location is at Kapellgasse 3 in Lucerne.

Internal cooperation was tested in the first half of 2025. Following a successful consolidation phase, the companies are now announcing the official merger. Feldervogel AG has been based in Lucerne since 1997 and provides services ranging from branding and websites to corporate publishing. For the founders Daniel Felder and Mark Vogel, the merger offers a succession solution.

WAVE Advertising AG was founded in 2001 with a focus on design and integrated communication solutions. The merger will create a team of twelve employees who will provide an expanded range of services. Existing mandates will continue to be managed by the familiar contacts.

The aim was to expand the range of services. The agency has now won the pitch for the overall budget of the Lucerne public transport company VBL. The same applies to the realignment of Eberli Sarnen and Kellerei St. Georg, which is affiliated to Heineken Holding.

Basellandschaftliche Gebäudeversicherung BGV, Möbel Egger and the international company Bio World have also already placed their communications in the hands of Wave in 2013.
