The most important customers of the IT service provider Abraxas Informatik include municipalities, cities, cantons and federal offices. This is precisely the target group for its new "Abraxas Academy" offering, which is designed to impart practical knowledge to municipal presidents, managers or IT specialists in the administration.
What sounds dry as a bone can, with the right staging, be communicated quite humorously. The Unikat agency relies on a central idea that catches the eye: place-name signs on which typical Swiss community names are digitally altered. For this, eight key visuals were developed in a first flight, which can be played on various channels. These include social media, trade ads, online banners, and materials for POS and trade shows.

When winter comes, wellness is in high demand. And when Christmas comes, gift ideas are particularly welcome. So it's only logical that thermal baths and spas launch a corresponding communication offensive.
Aqua-Spa-Resorts include spas all over Switzerland, including the "Thermalbad & Spa Zürich" in the Hürlimann-Areal or the bathing world at Rigi Kaltbad designed by Mario Botta. The six baths in total are advertised individually by Unikat, but with an overarching key visual idea: a bathrobe loop representing a gift pack string. The key visual idea is visually stretched over the various bathing world images, so that the wellness gift is immediately pointed out. Depending on the location, POS measures, posters, online banners, public transport hanging boxes, social media ads, advertisements or advertorials are used.

At the center of the campaign are surprising stagings of the digits 0 and 1. These are already included in the company logo and are therefore predestined to play an important role in the creative concept: After all, a true digital head goes through everyday life with the binary code in his head.
Several films for use in paid and owned media have already been created, as well as a variety of motifs that can be used online and offline.

It is truly not an easy time for the travel industry. The borders are closed indefinitely and new bookings have dropped drastically. Patience is called for. Also on the part of consumers, who have no choice but to dream of traveling. Kuoni's latest TV commercial addresses the current situation.
The atmospheric film was developed by the Küsnacht agency Unikat in close cooperation with Kuoni's creative team. The 25-second film will be shown on TV and online.

This summer, VBG invited tenders for a new brand campaign. Unikat came out on top with a concept that, according to marketing manager Tino Kunz, is "very catchy and consistent".
VBG is responsible for local public transport in the Glattal, Furttal and Effretikon/Volketswil area on behalf of the Zurich Transport Association (ZVV). It operates 2 Glattalbahn and 52 bus routes and transports over 37 million passengers a year. The first works will be on display in January 2020.
The English pastilles Fisherman's Friend are extremely popular in Switzerland. This is also shown by the market figures, which show that per capita consumption in Switzerland is one of the highest in the world. The advertising campaigns with the legendary claim "If they are too strong, you are too weak" have certainly also contributed to the popularity.
For a new interpretation of this claim, Dabso, the company responsible for marketing, invited pre-selected agencies to submit a pitch. The Küsnacht agency Unikat made it onto the winner's podium. They were able to convince with a film idea that fits perfectly to the brand, introduces new elements and has the potential for an effective 360-degree communication. The evaluation of the winning concept was supported by an independent and professionally conducted pretest.
The current production aims to further excite existing consumers, but also to develop new target groups that could not yet be reached with the previous world of the "rough fishermen". During the development of the film idea and its implementation, special care was taken to ensure that the story also works in the short and abbreviated formats for digital media. In addition, the story is expanded in reminder spots that refer to the new "Honey & Lemon" flavor. The moving image formats are currently being used as the first means of communication, with further accompanying measures to follow.

The creative concept is based on the claim "Holidays where you forget everything", which has already been used successfully in recent years and is still associated with Kuoni by numerous Swiss people today. The seamless continuation and current staging breathes new life into it with text/image combinations and proves to be extremely declinable. Thus, for the first time, the brands of the "Premium Specialists" (specialized travel companies of DER Touristik Suisse) and Helvetic Tours are also integrated into the campaign.
In addition, specific regional subjects were created for all of the approximately 80 travel agencies, which will be used at the POS. DER Touristik Suisse and Unikat expect the new campaign - which also contains provocative elements - to significantly update and increase awareness of the brand. The integrated price examples also draw attention to Kuoni's good price/performance ratio.

Lidl Switzerland attaches great importance to a comprehensive range of fresh products. For example, in addition to the range of over 100 fruit and vegetable items and a large assortment of fresh meat and fresh fish, fresh bread is baked several times a day in the store's own baking stations. In addition, regional bakeries deliver handmade bread to the more than 100 Lidl stores every morning. So it's no surprise that the range is very well received throughout Switzerland. All over Switzerland? Well, one person hasn't quite noticed: Kurt Hunziker, the self-appointed head of the Lidl TV soap opera family. Although the somewhat clumsy skeptic has been much more open-minded towards Lidl for some time now, his stubborn nature also provides situational comedy in the two latest commercials. The "Hunziker Family" was launched as a TV soap platform in 2015, and meanwhile numerous individual episodes have been staged on a wide variety of topics and product fields.
Incidentally, Lidl Switzerland was voted "Retailer of the Year" for the second time in a row. The renewed medal blessing was implemented by Unikat with a guessing game.
