The all-media and innovation unit CH Media Mind is expanding its offering to include integrated influencer measures. The basis for this is a new partnership with the social media agency Swissper. Together, the two partners are now offering an integrated service for influencer marketing and media. Advertising customers benefit from easy access to creator communities and the reach of an established media company.
CH Media Mind is responsible for content-driven marketing and cross-media campaigns within CH Media, while Swissper contributes its experience in the planning and implementation of social media and influencer campaigns. The collaboration focuses on standardized and flexibly combinable influencer and media packages. Customers select suitable influencers and can build their campaigns on a modular basis. The content produced can then be specifically supplemented with media services from CH Media.
«Together with CH Media Mind, we are building a bridge between the creator economy and the traditional media world. Customers benefit from cross-media storytelling with additional reach and visibility,» says Nicolas Bernauer, Head of Business Development at Swissper.
Florian Sonderegger, Head of Commercial All Media at CH Media Mind, adds: «We have gained a strong partner in Swissper. The cooperation makes it easier for brands to access suitable influencers and creates a clearly structured process that can be seamlessly integrated into our cross-media campaigns.»
The campaign for Saas Valley Tourism shows how this interaction works. CH Media Mind developed the central idea and the campaign concept to position the destination in the high and low seasons and appeal to new target groups. Swissper curated a selection of suitable influencers based on this.
The influencer selected by the client made the beauty of the destination authentically tangible on his Instagram channel and published corresponding content on his channel. The campaign was also expanded on CH Media's digital network and regional radio channels.

Manor is strategically repositioning its influencer marketing and relying on Swissper. The social-first and creator agency, part of the Thryve Group, has won Manor's strategic influencer account and will be responsible for the conceptual and operational management of the creator setup of Switzerland's largest department store chain. The aim is to build a structured creator ecosystem that is integrated into the brand and retail strategy in the long term.
At the heart of the collaboration is a strategic realignment: influencer marketing will no longer be campaign-driven, but rather a permanent infrastructure within brand management. To this end, Swissper is developing a clear annual architecture with defined roles in the creator setup, tailored to the fashion, beauty and home product ranges as well as Manor's seasonal retail logic.
Central peak phases such as Mother's Day, Easter, Back to School and Black Friday are not activated in isolation, but embedded in a consistent, year-round concept. The result is a creator system that structurally combines reach, relevance and retail objectives.

"Our approach for Manor is clearly strategic. We are not building a campaign construct, but a resilient creator ecosystem that works all year round and integrates seamlessly into the retail logic," says Nicolas Bernauer, Head of Business Development at Swissper. "The decisive factor is the conceptual bracket: a clear annual structure, defined roles in the creator setup and consistent brand management across all touchpoints."
Strategic depth was also at the forefront of Manor's decision. "Swissper understood exactly what role Creator Marketing should play in our brand and retail strategy in the future," says Sabrina Jagode, Head of Content Factory & Social Media at Manor. "The proposed concept combines our seasonal structure, our product ranges and our national presence in a clearly structured Creator system. This conceptual precision was decisive for us."
For Swissper, the mandate is a strategic step in the Swiss retail market. "Retail is faced with the task of integrating brand management, inspiration and retail more closely," says Kevin Toma, CEO of Swissper. "Creators are not an add-on, but part of the brand infrastructure. With Manor, we are developing a setup that is sustainable in the long term and grows strategically with the brand."
The mandate includes overall strategic responsibility for the conception, structure and further development of Manor's Creator ecosystem. Swissper is thus consolidating its position as one of the leading social-first partners in the Swiss market.

Since 1996, Bonsana has been distributing brands in the areas of care, well-being and lifestyle through pharmacies, drugstores, concept stores and various retailers. The family business is now managed by the second generation of owners, Yves Cannazza.
Swissper has set itself the goal of making Bonsana visible on all relevant platforms and positioning the wholesaler as a love brand in the digital age.
In future, the agency will be responsible for all touchpoints of the Bonsana brands - from social media, influencer campaigns and content productions to media, events, live marketing and PR. The focus is on a holistic omnichannel approach that creates target group-relevant experiences and enables brands to grow sustainably. The expertise of the Thryve Group's partner agencies is also used here.
"The pitch at the beginning of the year was intense - so we are all the more pleased about the trust and the contract award," says Kevin Toma, Managing Director of Swissper. "Bonsana not only brings exciting brands with it, but also the drive to boldly develop them further."
Goal: getting brands on the radar
Following the kick-off with the 2024 summer and winter influencer campaign, the first quarter of 2025 saw the direct continuation of marketing planning, annual strategies, TikTok channel setup, content planning, events and sampling. Implementation has reportedly been underway since mid-March. At the start of the partnership, brands such as Carmex, Skinrepublic, Skincyclopedia, Hidehere and Mad Hippie will be in focus.

"This channel allows us to reach our target group exactly where they are already paying attention - on their favorite platform while listening to their favorite music," says Carola Galliker, Junior Marketing Campaign Manager at Valora Food Service Switzerland. "At a time when more and more people are consuming digital content on the go, digital audio, especially with the Shake Me Ad, offers a unique opportunity to generate attention in a familiar environment and actively involve listeners in our campaign."
The agency responsible, Swissper, designed, implemented and managed the digital campaign for Brezelkönig. In close collaboration with TonstudiosZ, the 360-degree audio spot was also produced, perfectly showcasing the brand and giving listeners a unique audiovisual coffee and croissant experience.
"Around 60-65% of smartphone users on public transport in Switzerland listen to music or stream podcasts. This means that around 2 to 2.3 million people listen to audio content on their headphones every day. Our campaign therefore addresses the target group at exactly the right moment in the right channel. We place the message in an appealing way, virtually in their heads. Targeting couldn't be more effective," explains Philip Hohl, Managing Director at Swissper.
The time targeting used - the ads are only played out in the morning during rush hour - is also intended to strengthen the targeted approach to commuters who use public transport every day. This should ensure a high reach and presence for Brezelkönig at the most relevant time of day within the target group.

As part of this further development, the areas of social and media will be seamlessly combined, according to a press release from Swissper. For Managing Director Kevin Toma, the combination of social and media is the key to sustainable and successful campaigns: "By expanding into a full social and media agency, we can respond even more flexibly and innovatively to the needs of our clients. This symbiosis enables us to develop cross-channel strategies and storytelling that significantly increase the reach and performance of our campaigns."
In addition to the existing management team, Philip Hohl has been appointed Managing Director of Media with immediate effect. He brings with him many years of experience and a broad network in the media and agency sector. Most recently, he was responsible for clients such as Bayer, Baloise and Emmi at MediaCom Switzerland. "The extension from social to media offers countless opportunities that we will use to create customized and powerful campaigns," says Hohl. "By combining our strengths, we can offer innovative solutions that give advertisers an edge over the competition and go far beyond traditional methods and media."

"Work out, warm up, switch off" - the Promotion Group has developed a new, cross-channel campaign for Fitnesspark with the design agency Rawcut and the full-service social media agency Swissper, which is now live. The faces are Swiss top model Manuela Frey together with Marco da Silva, who is one of the most successful influencers in the country with 1.3 million followers.

In addition to various key visuals, an image film, short fitness clips and social media reels, the campaign is accompanied by radio spots and classic print and online campaigns. This was supplemented by an extensive social media part, which was realized by the partner agency Swissper and included conception, strategy development, content and influencer management as well as 360-degree media planning. The media partners were 20Minuten and Ringier.
