Spitch, which specializes in voice-controlled agentic AI solutions, has relaunched its brand identity and redesigned its website. The aim of the redesign is to make it easier to access products, case studies and resources, thereby improving the overall user experience. The new web environment is geared towards the needs of business customers who are looking for suitable solutions for their customer communication in an increasingly digital environment.
According to Spitch, the new site structure enables more intuitive access to information about Conversational AI - for example through simplified navigation, visually prepared case studies or integrated customer voices. The new corporate design is also intended to underline the company's positioning as a technological leader.
"At Spitch, we always focus on the quality of the customer experience at every level," says Carmen Keller, Head of Marketing. "From our newly designed website to our equally new corporate branding, every detail is designed to be both useful and enjoyable."
With further AI-supported applications in the pipeline, Spitch aims to establish its platform as a central point of contact for digital communication solutions. The new brand identity is also intended as a signal for the company's technological development.

According to Spitch, the expansion of its workforce is in response to a rapidly growing demand for conversational AI. The company defines this as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for voice and text dialog systems.
Fehmi El Benna comes from Sunrise Communications, where he worked for over three years as an account and later key account manager. Prior to that, he spent twelve successful years at Swisscom as a sales consultant, five of them specifically for the SME target group. In his new position at Spitch, Fehmi El Benna reports directly to Stephan Fehlmann, who is responsible for the DACH region as Country Manager. Fehmi El Benna speaks German, English and French.
"We are currently experiencing a strong increase in demand for our speech and text dialog systems and are therefore very pleased to welcome Fehmi El Benna to our team," explains Stephan Fehlmann. "I am delighted to be entering a technologically particularly challenging market segment with excellent prospects for the future," says Fehmi El Benna.
The market growth for conversational AI is estimated at an average of 130 percent per year. According to Spitch, growth rates have been much higher in recent years.
