With a specially developed color visual, the agency stages the theme of spring as a multi-sensory experience. The visuals were created using AI and set in motion - a creative interplay of color, form and digital imagination. The animated splash production not only functions as a campaign visual, but also as an invitation to a new season.
In addition to traditional communication tools such as POS posters, LED screens and social media formats, the campaign was enhanced with specially produced film and photo material. At the center of the communication is always the guiding principle "More City. More ...", which is consistently developed further for Sihlcity's brand communication.
The highlight of the campaign is the artistic staging of the space on site: together with the Berlin tape art artist Atau Hámos, a temporary installation was created that brings spring to life visually in Sihlcity. Over the course of six nights, Hámos and his team transformed the area into a colorful sea of pixel flowers. The installation celebrates spring with dynamic color gradients and floral pixel structures.
The implementation was an intensive, collaborative process: DOT closely accompanied the team of artists through all phases of the installation - from the idea to the conception and implementation. The project was also documented on film and edited for social media.
Deliveries on Tuesday was also responsible for the communication surrounding the interactive online game, which was launched as part of the campaign and implemented by Marketing Chästli. The aim was to activate visitors in a playful way and reward them with attractive discounts. The visual world of "Color Splash" was adapted to the game format - from the design to the digital approach on social media and on site.

The annual campaign, which uses CGI to transform Sihlcity into various themed worlds, is being continued to coincide with the Christmas season. For the winter campaign, DOT created a winter paradise with glowing holographic crystals and an atmospheric winter garden. The modern interpretation of the Christmas scenario was implemented on site both inside and out.
The visual design includes atmospheric light animations that also put visitors in a festive mood in the atrium. A visual campaign also extends the on-site experience digitally. The visuals are played out via DOOH, screens on site and digital channels to achieve maximum reach.
In the run-up to Christmas, Santa Clauses on Harley-Davidsons made a stop at Sihlcity. To put the spotlight on this event, DOT used AI to develop a motif of a Santa Claus on a Harley and staged it with animated elements on social media and digital advertising media.
For shopping fans, there was the "Winning Diamonds" competition, which was seamlessly integrated into the visual concept of the main campaign. DOT developed diamond visuals that were used both as still and moving images and rounded off the Christmas experience in Sihlcity.

The key visual created with the help of AI and elaborate CGI animation transforms a city into a fantastic ball pit. The films for Minicity, which can now be seen on social media and digital advertising media, are completely devoid of artificial intelligence, but are full of childlike joy.
The key visual is also used on instream and display ads, posters, e-boards, flyers, postcards, in social media reels and other measures.

Sihlcity has been transformed into a magical Christmas world. Both the mall and the alleyways are lined with crystals made of dichroic glass. Depending on the incidence of light, they glow in a wide variety of colors: magical lights as far as the eye can see. Together with CGI artist Rekode, Karling has developed a film that captures this magical magic of lights and advertises it on DOOH media, video ads as well as social and owned media. Karling also created Christmas murals with a crystal look for Kalandergasse.

Since the beginning of June, it has also been summer in Sihlcity: The event agency Out Of Office (OOO) has created a new summer garden for visitors on Kalanderplatz, which will become a summer oasis in the city in front of the shopping center. Until July 30, interested people can linger, eat and drink there.
The agency takes over already for the third time for your customer Wincasa the conception, organization and conversion of the summer garden.

The Sihlcity shopping center's Christmas program ranges from a parcel service and a visit from Santa Claus to delicacies in the Winter Garden. In the course of the current image campaign, Karling has created a Christmas motif with a painting-like look.
The image, photographed by artist Gemmy Woud-Binnendijk, can be seen on posters, e-boards, advertisements and social media throughout the greater Zurich area during the festive season. Also as cinemagraph in the cinema with moving elements.

At Sihlcity, visitors should spend moments that are as beautiful as painted and want to be captured forever. This is what Karling wants to convey in the current roof campaign. Together with the artist Gemmy Woud-Binnendijk, a photographic series of subjects was created that are intended to look like paintings. The first three motifs focus on the areas of beauty/fashion, food and lifestyle.
The campaign appears throughout the greater Zurich area as well as online on banners, social media, billboards, megaposters, e-boards and e-panels, on bushels, in ads and in short cinema spots and other media.

Together with the new umbrella campaign, the corporate design was renewed and cleaned up. The Sihlcity logo was made more striking. In addition, Sihlcity has recently dispensed with a slogan and uses the so-called "chimney" not only in the logo but also in the headlines. Every Sihlcity communication medium - from stationery, business cards, and information signs to posters and eBoards - is given a short, prominent headline that is placed vertically and is intended to ensure greater recognition.

The "Urban Entertainment Center" Sihlcity wants to surprise again at Easter. These days, you will be greeted by XXL Easter eggs in the mall. The eggs, glowing in different colors, are part of an Easter installation where guests can win gift cards worth a total of CHF 32,000.
Karling is responsible for the promotion of the Easter events and the competition and lets various Sihlcity products hatch out of colorful Easter eggs. The motifs appear in various combinations as cinema spots, pre-rolls, posters, digital out of home, social media and display ads, advertisements and at the POS.

Sihlcity shines in new splendor. Following the conversion of Utoplatz in 2020, the mall and Kalanderplatz have now also been transformed.
Inspired by the nature of the Sihl area, the forest, river and sunlight can now also be experienced in the mall. The generous glass façade floods the rooms with plenty of light. Natural materials such as wood and stone create a pleasant atmosphere. Another highlight is the new spiral staircase, which connects all floors of the mall in one place.
To communicate the new Sihlcity experience, Karling developed a fresh look. Kinetic lettering traces the striking architecture of the new Sihlcity, creating a hypnotic visual experience designed to captivate viewers.
The new campaign can be seen primarily on e-boards, screens, banners and social media, as well as on posters and advertisements.

When it comes to gifts, beautiful packaging plays an important role and creates a lot of anticipation. But who hasn't experienced this: wrapping a gift is not that easy. Sometimes you haven't cut out enough wrapping paper, and then the folding doesn't work out. Sihlcity promises a remedy and, in addition to the thousands of gift ideas in around 80 stores, also offers a large parcel service.
In the campaign developed for this purpose, Karling shows gifts that are not wrapped the way you would like them to be - accompanied by the message that Sihlcity's parcel service is happy to help.
The campaign can now be seen on banners, Insta-stories, posters and eBoards.
