On Wednesday, the Presentation of the Digital Commerce Award At the StageOne in Zurich-Oerlikon, the best online stores in Switzerland were honored for the 13th time. Once again, 16 winners and one champion were chosen from 165 category applications. After previous years' winners such as Feey, Saviva, Coop, Brack.ch, Galaxus and Ex Libris, this year's title goes to the deal platform QoQa. This is the first time in the history of the Digital Commerce Awards that a company from French-speaking Switzerland has won the top award.
With attractive deals, unique projects and an honest community approach, Qoqa has made it to the top of Swiss e-commerce. "The beautifully designed deal pages with attention to detail and a witty, personal twist captivate customers and show the commitment of the employees to a bold and unconventional shopping experience. Qoqa breaks standards with its appearance and makes a special contribution to Swiss e-commerce," praised the 24 experts on the jury.
This year, the Digital Commerce Awards were once again preceded by the Swiss Retail Conference. "Score!" took place. A varied conference program with keynotes and panel interviews on the main stage as well as further deep dives in masterclasses and other formats provided a wide range of insights.
After 18 years, Qoqa has almost one million members and has since created eleven different Qoqa brand worlds, including Qwine, Qsport, Qhome and Qids.

Base has updated Qoqa's identity to reflect the brand's dynamism. The result is a fun, colorful look with lots of pink, which includes a new logo and a specially created font reminiscent of Qoqa's beginnings. The energy of the Qoqa community should be at the heart of this transformation, and the brand mascot, the otter, is used in various places in the brand world, for example as an infinitely customizable figure for the member avatars and also in other interactions on the platform.

]]>Users of the Qoqa shopping app can find new, limited offers every day. As a result, it is now not only popular with its broad community in French-speaking Switzerland, but also beyond the border.
With a refreshed look and a strong advertising campaign, the shopping app is sharpening its focus on users outside French-speaking Switzerland. The new campaign is intended to open the doors to a world of shopping gems and at the same time show the app's wide range of offers. So that, as the claim points out, they only have one option left: "The Qoqa for me".
The Bold agency, which has been the lead agency for the platform in German-speaking Switzerland since 2021, is responsible for the concept and implementation. The wide-ranging advertising materials reach their target groups via a variety of channels. The subjects are now on air in the densely scattered TV and poster campaign as well as in comprehensive DOOH and online measures.

The QoQa platform in French-speaking Switzerland maintains a lively community and, true to its motto "Shopping pearls for those who see through", offers new, limited offers every day.
Bold launched the communications presence for QoQa last year in order to take off beyond the French-speaking part of Switzerland. (Werbewoche.ch reported). Now the campaign is going into the next round. Back on board are the catchy rose-colored glasses as a visual bracket.
For the next wave, the agency has adjusted the visuals. The focus is now also on the broad range of products offered by the curated app: from wellness to wine, from watches to vacations. In the subjects, QoQa employees again appeared in front of the camera as models.
The refreshed advertising media pick up the target group in a strategic choreography across various channels and instruments. The new subjects can be seen as part of the ongoing online campaign and on DOOH measures in public spaces.

The platform in French-speaking Switzerland has a lively community and limited products on offer every day. To make sure you don't miss out, you need to keep an eye on QoQa - in other words, take a look at the app every day.
Bold has playfully translated this fact into animated visuals in which the shoppers wear the QoQa logo as glasses on their noses. With the campaign "Shoppingperlen für Durchblicker," the app, which is already established in French-speaking Switzerland, now wants to finally conquer German-speaking Switzerland.
Bold has staged the QoQa logo without any unnecessary blah-blah as an accessory for young through-eyes. So that QoQa will soon not only be on everyone's nose, but also on everyone's lips.
The short clips can be seen on e-panels and e-boards in high-traffic environments, as video, display and social media ads, and in the form of advertorials on high-reach Swiss-German news platforms.
