The Omit brand refresh is intended to make the real estate boutique Omit more visible and consistent: After ten years of continuity, the Zurich-based agency TBS was commissioned to redesign the brand identity and website. According to Omit, it is an owner-managed real estate boutique operating in the Limmat Valley and the greater Zurich area.

Omit is a second-generation family-owned business dedicated to serving its clients' real estate needs. The company places particular importance on building trusting and long-lasting relationships with its clients. Omit aims to continue upholding this tradition and these values while refreshing its corporate image and making its website more user-friendly.

Omit Brand Refresh: Evolutionary Rather Than Radical

Omit wanted to gently yet substantially evolve its brand identity as a real estate management company, with a focus on a professional website and a consistent visual identity. To achieve this, TBS analyzed the existing website and branding, developed various design concepts, and created a cohesive design system. The goal was to refine the existing brand identity and professionalize the website as a central touchpoint.

Omit stands for reliability, many years of experience, and dedicated, personalized support. A clean, minimalist design is intended to convey these values even more effectively. The consistent system is also designed to serve as the foundation for ensuring that professionalism is evident in all applications.

A Modern Take on Reliability

The combination of high professionalism and a human touch, which is evident in everyday life, should also be reflected in the design. The goal is a look that is straightforward yet friendly and approachable. The refresh stays true to Omit’s existing design. The Swiss font Akkurat is used. The focus is on people: the customers and the Omit team.

According to the press release, generous white space creates a sense of simplicity and clarity. Additional secondary colors are intended to add contemporary accents and allow for clearer differentiation. New illustrations round out the updated visual identity.

TBS was responsible for the concept and structure, the presentation, UX and UI design, and the user experience. In addition, the team handled animation and motion design, illustrations, and photography, as well as implementation and programming.

Consistent across all channels

The new design will be implemented across all channels and applications in the future. In addition to the website, the social media presence will be modernized. Furthermore, business documents, the company presentation, and property brochures will be updated.
