After four years at the helm of Mediaplus Suisse, Pascal Fröhli will be leaving the agency at the end of the year to pursue new professional challenges after taking some personal time out. He will be succeeded as CEO by Sarah Hammami, who will manage the Swiss Mediaplus branch together with Co-CEO Nathalie Diethelm from January 2026.
Fröhli joined Mediaplus in 2021 as co-founder and partner of Mediakanzlei, which he had founded ten years earlier together with Rolf Suter. Over the past five years, the 37-year-old has played a key role in the integration of Mediakanzlei into the Mediaplus Group.

"I'm leaving with a smile and a tear in my eye," says Pascal Fröhli. "After more than 16 intensive years full of challenges and successes, now is the ideal time to take some time out. The integration of the two agencies is complete, and in Sarah Hammami we have an excellent successor from within the company."
Sarah Hammami has more than 20 years of experience on the agency and media side. She has been COO of Mediaplus Suisse since June 2023 and previously worked for Havas Media for almost twelve years, most recently also as COO. As the future Co-CEO, she has a clear vision: "Our goal is to establish Mediaplus Suisse as the top address for innovative and data-driven media planning in Switzerland."

Matthias Brüll, Global CEO Mediaplus Group, thanks Fröhli for the excellent cooperation and is looking forward to the new leadership: "With his commitment and expertise, Pascal has decisively strengthened the Mediaplus Group in Switzerland. At the same time, we are delighted to have found an experienced and visionary successor from within our own ranks in Sarah."
