The shortage of skilled workers does not stop at Switzerland's most popular airline: Swiss sees this as an opportunity to sharpen its own self-image as an employer and to present itself to the target group with a clear profile.
Swiss chose the branding specialist Made Identity as its partner for the development of the employer brand. After a fundamental strategic discussion, the first visible result of the collaboration is dedicated to cabin crew. The renewed increase in demand in air travel makes cabin crew the key target group.
With the campaign "My Job. My Crew. My Lifestyle." campaign aims to underscore the unique formula of the profession. The world as a workplace, the role of host and the crew spirit are the driving forces behind the job as a cabin crew member. The new campaign offers a hand for a personal new beginning and marks a first step in the long-term collaboration between Swiss and Made Identity.

Chips Heaven is where every festival-goer wants to go. The way there is a six-meter long smooth ramp with a 19-degree incline. Anyone watching quickly realizes that the heavenly course is quite a challenge. The smooth surface demands concentration and skill. There are only two minutes left to reach the sky and thus the buzzer. The slippery surface entertains spectators and participants alike.
Zweifel developed the concept for "Chips Heaven" together with the Made Marketing agency. In intensive creative workshops, brainstorming sessions and the obligatory visit to the Zweifel factory in Spreitenbach, the team approached the Zweifel festival appearance for the next three years step by step. "We are happy with the Chips Heaven. Our specifications - challenge, fun and visibility - were met in full," says Adrian Müller, Head of Live Marketing and Sponsoring at Zweifel. The implementation phase was particularly exciting and intensive, says Jann Falett, Live Marketing and Sponsoring Manager at Zweifel, who was one of the first to venture up the ramp.
The project risks were tested for feasibility by Made Marketing with prototypes (angle of inclination, substructure, insulating materials, surfaces, LED tower, effect control). The participants do not notice that a lot of technology and know-how is behind it. "That's the way it's supposed to be. The focus is on having fun," says Müller.
Zweifel's festival concept includes three touchpoints. At the entrance, festival visitors are given a sample packet. Those who bring the empty packet to the Zweifel stand can take part in the Scan&Win game, win goodies from Zweifel and make their contribution to combating littering. Chips Heaven" will be stopping off this summer at Openair Lumnezia (July 19 to 21), Heiteren Open Air (August 10 to 12) and Open Air Gampel (August 16 to 19).

While everyone is bawling Public Viewing, the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich invites you to Public Listening. Shortly before the World Cup, the internationally renowned orchestra presents itself live at the Münsterhof as part of the Zurich Festival. To promote the concert beyond the classical target group, Made puts the star ensemble of the evening in the center and the date of the event becomes the back number: Bringuier conducts, Wang solos, Prokofiev and Ravel deliver with their works the steep pass for an unforgettable concert experience under the open sky.
The "other big event" almost put a spanner in the works of the concert evening. The World Cup match between Switzerland and Brazil was scheduled just on the announced date of the concert. Because they did not want to run the risk of playing in front of empty seats and with only part of the orchestra, the concert was moved forward without further ado. Thus, the musical evening becomes the unofficial overture for a world championship summer.

Next Friday, the Swiss Music Awards will celebrate their tenth anniversary. Since the first edition, the event has grown from a scene award to the most important national music prize. Made was commissioned to express this development in a revised branding.

The "concrete block" is literally cemented: The cube and the material remain. Otherwise, Made has rethought the award under the premise "from event to format". The stone and logo have been formally revised and given a new perspective. Special effort is invested in the development of a layout system. SMA communication is to develop a visual continuity over the years. The year is at the center of this and initiates a series with the 2017 edition.
The layers of the layout are immersed in a new theme every year. For the anniversary edition, the concrete block takes a gold bath - after all, round birthdays should be celebrated in a special way.

The Swiss media group will be appearing with a new logo and an all-round renewed brand world from 2017. The logo symbolizes a T, which is based on the historic lettering of the Tages-Anzeiger and at the same time points to the digital future with its design language. The T is applied without the lettering and becomes Tamedia's sole figurative mark. It stands for the common values, qualities and goals and connects all media, services and employees.

With the claim "Stay curious", "Sois curieux", "Stay curious", Switzerland's largest media group is addressing its 5.4 million customers and users in this country directly. The typography does justice to digitalization by being usable on all systems and devices. The visual language and color scheme support Tamedia's new appearance with three fresh, modern colors and show people in their everyday digital lives.
Tamedia Advertising with new logo as early as November
The new appearance goes hand in hand with organizational changes that have been announced for some time: From November 2016, the media group will serve its advertising customers centrally under the Tamedia Advertising brand - and will offer all services from a single source in the future. Tamedia Advertising will already appear under the new brand from November 17, 2016. All other divisions of the media group will use the new branding from January 17, 2017. The Group's new appearance will have no impact on the individual media and brands.
Cooperation with Zurich agency Made Identity
The new brand identity was developed over the past year and a half in close cooperation with the Zurich agency Made Identity. On the part of Tamedia, Pietro Supino, Publisher and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Christoph Tonini, CEO, Christoph Zimmer, Head of Communications, Andres C. Nitsch, Project Management, and Made Identity Georg Gadient (Strategy and Consulting), Alexander Weis and Adrian Glatthorn (Design).
SV Group has chosen Made Identity in an agency evaluation to implement its new branding. The brand brushup for the group and the new brand for the core business "SV Restaurant", will be officially rolled out in June this year.
As the first harbinger of the new identity, the SV Group presents its 2014 annual report, which was also realized under the direction of Made. The new concept is more generous, richer in images and puts storytelling at the center - a fitting stage for the 100th anniversary. Over 60 pages, readers are offered an attractive insight into the activities of the SV Group. The main topics in this year's report are the new positioning, the new branding of SV Restaurant. and activities from all business areas.

According to Alexander Grote (Promokant) and Curdin Decasper (Made), he is responsible for opening up new areas of business and for developing, optimizing and marketing new products, services and approaches. The newly created position is also intended to exploit the potential of the strategic alliance between the two agencies and to enliven the agencies with new impulses and in-house productions.
