Lauschsicht was allowed to accompany the crew of the vacation airline Edelweiss on several rotations and captured what makes the difference for interested pilots. The film "More than just flying" claims to be a hybrid of reportage and image film and aims to convince in the area of employer branding and recruiting with a lot of information content, closeness and authenticity. It is the first time that Edelweiss has provided insights for applicants in this way.
Among other things, Edelweiss offers varied destinations as well as a mixed-fleet flying concept that enables assignments on different types of aircraft on short and long-haul routes, complemented by a familiar working environment. These and many other topics are woven into a storyline that has been implemented with a great deal of productive flexibility on regular flights.
Credible content in the area of employer branding is created from within. For the film production, this means becoming part of the crew for a certain period of time. Only through a great deal of trust and experience in the airline sector was it possible to be there in a natural way. This allows the candidates to form their own impression.
It goes without saying that a crew works together perfectly in the cockpit. However, it is not self-evident that a crew also harmonizes on a human level and thus constitutes the culture of a company. This is the result of an application process with a great deal of sensitivity - this film was also produced for this process. It is intended to give interested parties an insight and help them find out whether such a working environment is right for them.

The idea of the client and agency for the new employer branding films for Dosenbach Ochsner & Companies was for employees to speak freely and authentically about the company's values in their working environment. For this to succeed, space, time and calm are needed - especially for people who are inexperienced with cameras.
The realization in Habegger's virtual production studio made all this possible, as Lauschsicht writes in a press release. A quiet backdrop for undisturbed conversations between the director and protagonists. An LED wall that made the backgrounds filmed in the stores look real and more time, as there was no need for conversions and location changes. Filming on several Sundays could also be avoided. To underline the authenticity and transparency of the films, additional making-of films are an integral part of the campaign. They are used for the launch of the new job pages and offer job seekers a second narrative level.
The 17 employer branding films form the heart of the new job pages for the retail brands Ochsner Sport, Ochsner Shoes and Dosenbach as well as the administrative unit Dosenbach Ochsner & Companies. The strategy, concept and design of the job pages were created by the Klar agency (Werbewoche.ch reported). Lauschsicht was responsible for the detailed conception, direction, production and post-production of the films and photos.
