The "Kispi" is moving. Who is moving with us? The University Children's Hospital Zurich is accompanying the big move to the new building in Zurich-Lengg with a comprehensive fundraising campaign.

Once again, the focus is on the young patients with their lively imaginations. The children have found their own answer to the question "How do you actually move a hospital?": We simply fly on our hospital bed!

Starting with this basic idea, created by Spina's Civil Voices, Shining Film has produced an emotional film with director Marco Lutz.

With a mixture of anxiety and a thirst for adventure, the children hurtle across foggy Zurich on winged hospital beds. They can count on a lot of support: The residents of Zurich show them the way with glow sticks. This ensures that the children arrive safely at their destination, where the children's hospital staff are waiting for them.

The commercial and key visual are the centerpieces of a multi-channel campaign full of positive emotions with which the "Kispi" is soliciting donations. Zurich Children's Hospital is a foundation and will continue to rely on the support of the public at its new location in order to provide children with the best possible treatment and care.

The campaign can now be seen on digital and analog billboards, TV and cinema spots, social media and online ads in the greater Zurich area. In addition, there will be fundraising flyers and mailings as well as special inserts in daily newspapers.

Instead of fundraising, the agency now also supports "Kispi" in finding its most important capital: its employees. Because like the Daily Gazette reported, the hospital needs additional staff - especially in nursing, medicine, laboratory and IT - in view of the move to the new, larger children's hospital in Zurich-Lengg.

Champions seek champions

In November 2021, Fundraising laid the foundation with the music video "Champion" to generate donations (Werbewoche.ch reported). The music video was awarded with a Gold-Edi.

Following this success, the HR management of the Children's Hospital is also focusing on emotions. The real employees are in the spotlight, embedded in a patient story. After all, they are the champions who give everything until the children are well. The unifying element is the "Champions" pose - inspired by the Children's Hospital logo. The pose is now combined with an inviting wave and the call to "Apply for a job with us now.

In addition to the long spot, 10-second ads will be placed on social media. In addition, there will be a billboard display in the city and canton of Zurich as well as at important junctions in German-speaking Switzerland. In order to address further interested parties with the important proposition "work with meaning," the Children's Hospital is running four ads with provocative "meaning questions" that invite them to question their current job.
