Kesch is moving up. First, from a purely geographical perspective: The agency has relocated within Zurich to Zürichbergstrasse 81. The new location features about 200 square meters of space, bright rooms, a terrace, and a fountain. There’s a Creative Lab for generating ideas. And to clear your head, a quick step outside might be all it takes every now and then.

The area has seen other periods of renewal: Augustinian monks once left their mark on the Zürichberg, and in 1763, the first organ in a house of prayer in the Zurich region was installed in the nearby Fluntermer Bethaus. Today, Kesch sets the creative tone here. Historic Zurich charm meets fresh ideas for brand experiences.
A move to a new location with a slightly better view, then. And with a message: Kesch needs space. According to the agency, it has grown steadily in Switzerland over the past three years and expanded its client base. In an industry where growth isn’t a given, that’s certainly cause for celebration.

Anyone who develops brand experiences can’t just mark their own grand opening with a key handover and a handshake. That’s why Kesch turned the new space itself into a showcase: Various stations, contests, and the involvement of partners invited guests to explore the location. There were also special Kesch drinks. The agency treated everyone—and, in the process, showed how it works.
Among the guests at yesterday’s opening were Mag. Patrick Sagmeister (Austrian Economic Delegate for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein—after all, the company’s Austrian roots are part of the history of the business founded by Lukas Schütz and Thomas Kenyeri in 2011), Dimitra Filippou, Anna Cremer, Giulio Franscini (Coca-Cola Switzerland), Neritan Tira (Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland), Ennio Zuliani and Linda Eppler (Zweifel Chips & Snacks), Gregory Baur (Zurich Tourism), Alexander Weislein (Double You), and many more.

Kesch currently employs eight full-time staff members at its Swiss location. Raphael Monsch, for example, Head of Creation, works for Kesch from Switzerland, covering the entire DACH region. In addition, a team of brand ambassadors and freelancers are brought on board for projects.
With the new Creative Lab, Zurich is set to play a stronger role within the agency as a hub for creation and idea development. The goal: to bring concepts and execution closer together. After all, a brand experience must eventually leave the desk—and work in the real world.

Current clients include The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland, Zweifel Chips & Snacks, Bacardi, Heineken, Flora, and WC-Ente. The spectrum thus ranges from beverages to household products. The goal remains the same: to create a brand presence that makes people stop, engage, or take something away with them.
A particularly high-profile project is set to take place later this year: Kesch is organizing the Christmas truck tour for Coca-Cola. So while the new location is being celebrated on the Zürichberg, the next big event on wheels is already on the horizon.
The red truck vividly illustrates what live marketing is all about. A familiar brand world becomes a place where people come together. Behind this eye-catching display, however, lies a lot of work: planning, staffing, processes, and an execution that has to work at every stop. After all, creating a Christmas atmosphere also requires a detailed plan.
Working at an agency can be enjoyable. But it can also be quite challenging. This makes it all the more interesting to see how much importance Kesch places on teamwork.
«What makes KESCH special in Switzerland is our philosophy: We work as a team—with trust, responsibility, and passion. This mindset shapes our collaboration and every project we undertake with our clients,» says Christian Koch, COO and co-founder of Kesch Switzerland.
An opening party doesn't necessarily reflect a work culture. However, this statement makes it clear by what standards the agency wants to be measured. Giving more room for ideas helps. Trust and responsibility must also be part of everyday life.
In Germany, too, Kesch moved into a larger office that same month. The move to Zürichberg is thus part of an expansion in the DACH region. For the Swiss team, the direction is clear for now: upward. And Santa Claus will soon be hitting the road again.

As part of its dynamic growth in the DACH region, brand experience company Kesch is also sending out a strong signal internally: Florian Ziegler has been promoted to Head of Business Development DACH, further expanding his role within the agency.
Since joining the company in October 2024, Ziegler's focus has been on expanding customer relationships and further developing existing partnerships around tangible brand stagings and strong live productions. In his new role, he is responsible for activities and customer development across the Vienna, Munich and Zurich locations, with the aim of making targeted use of synergies between the markets and sustainably expanding existing and new customer partnerships.
With this step, the two founders Thomas Kenyeri and Lukas Schütz are underlining the consistent further development of the agency in the DACH region and are focusing on the further expansion of business development. "The DACH region offers enormous potential for innovative brand staging. This is precisely where we want to continue and work with our clients to create experiences that have a lasting impact," says Ziegler.
Kesch currently has around 40 employees in Vienna, Munich and Zurich and is experiencing increasing demand for holistic brand experience solutions - both from international brands and established companies in the DACH region.
