A website is a company's digital business card. The web and advertising agency Interpunkt in Suhr has taken this to heart and their web presence completely redesigned in-house with the open source CMS Drupal. The marketing professionals stand for entertaining communication. The new design is intended to convincingly reflect this approach. Managing Director Fabian Koch explains: "The technical redesign and intuitive user guidance of the website offer our visitors a comprehensive overview of our expertise, our values and our innovative strength.
The new website presents itself with entertaining 3D animations as well as inspiring video and photo productions. All measures were produced in-house. The elements are intended to give the site an authentic dynamic that can also be felt and experienced in the collaboration with the 7-person team. In addition to an appealing overview of the services, the numerous reference projects in particular provide a good insight into the skills of the communication professionals.
Following on from the 2020 Annual Report the managers of the Aarau Cantonal Hospital KSA and the Interpunkt agency from Suhr have created detailed 3D islands in regular meetings to represent twelve areas of competence of the hospital. The different islands provide information about the main focus per area in combination with the relevant figures of the past business period. For selected topics, the agency internally designed and produced informative short videos.
Users have a choice: They can move intuitively between the thematic islands and discover the details by zooming in, or they can be guided by means of navigation. A media mix of videos, infographics, images and texts is designed to provide a quick overview of the 2021 financial year. The 3D solution also serves as a media platform. The moving images and 3D scenes are deliberately designed so that they can be used for other channels such as the website or social media.
Key stakeholders such as journalists, politicians, partners, referring physicians, and public administrators were informed about the key figures via a mailing flyer. A QR code led them directly into the 3D universe. Julien Buro, Head of Marketing and Communication at the KSA, is pleased with the positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders: "It fills me and my team with pride that the KSA has realized something so innovative.
Through this digital solution, the KSA was able to gain followers on other channels as well as generate calls and further conversions. Interested parties can view the 2021 highlights at Ksa2021.ch discover

For the school year 2021/22, the commercial school KV Aarau was portrayed in its entirety by means of an image film. In close cooperation with the HKV Aarau, the Interpunkt agency from Suhr developed and realized the moving image project.
After an initial workshop with representatives of the commercial school, the agency created a rough concept of the image film and based on this created the detailed storyboard. The result is a 100-second image film that shows the world of the KV Aarau business school from the perspective of three students.
While a narrator's voice recounts facts and figures about the school, it is the three young people who create a tangible reference with realistic comments - a pinch of tongue-in-cheek included. Whenever the young people come into contact with school personnel, they are greeted with a warm "Grüezi." "In this way, the close, friendly and down-to-earth DNA of HKV Aarau was creatively integrated into the film," says principal Ozan Kaya.
The shooting was done within one day on location with a total of three actors*, 20 extras, a make-up artist, a speaker and a three-man Interpunkt crew. "It was great to hold a day of shooting with so many dedicated people despite Corona," Fabian Koch from Interpunkt looks back. Post-production and a revision round followed. The image film celebrated its premiere a few days ago at an information event to provide comprehensive information about the school and its wide range of courses.
At the same time, an informational film was produced about the in-house absence policy. These internal processes were also explained from the perspective of the three young people. This video is also intended for information events and should serve as a modern alternative to the PowerPoint presentations used up to now.

Detailed 3D graphics provide information about the main topics per area in combination with the relevant figures of the past business period. Users have the option of moving intuitively through the various highlights or being guided by means of navigation.

Glas Trösch's new mission statement should be one thing above all: quickly anchored in the minds of all employees and a practical tool to inspire potential candidates for the company. Interpunkt has developed a film concept that should enable a quick understanding of these central values.
For Glas Trösch, it is clear that its success story is largely based on its good employees. The Interpunkt film concept therefore combined the two supporting elements of the glass specialist: people and glass. Based on the storyboard, the film set required a great deal of creativity. With only three glass plates and a few props, different sceneries were created.
The difficult conditions due to the corona pandemic required additional skill in organizing the actors. Nevertheless, the agency managed to realize the complete production in only six weeks. The entire production, from conception to filming and editing, was handled by Interpunkt.
The new Glas Trösch mission statement is presented as an entertaining video and an off-voice additionally underpins the central factors on the audio track.

The German Brand Awards competition honors the strongest campaigns, concepts and strategies in the field of "Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation". Only companies that are officially nominated for the German Brand Award 2020 by the expert panel of the German Design Council are eligible to participate. The expert jury was impressed by the creative invitation on vinyl and awarded Interpunkt. and Trafo Baden the title of "Winner".
Trafo Baden invited its guests to its 15th anniversary celebration with a special and eye-catching invitation. The celebration, themed "Golden Night", commemorated the Swedish-Swiss roots of the former ABB halls.
Instead of a classic invitation, Interpunkt. created a vinyl record in close collaboration with the people in charge at Trafo Baden. The gold cover, based on ABBA's best-of record, referred to the venue. On the back, Reto Leder, CEO and host of the Trafo, invited guests to the anniversary celebration. Anyone who put the vinyl into the record player would hear the host's voice welcoming the audience and inviting them to the party.

VR enables new ways in the learning process of abstract and elusive topics. Realistic virtual representations provide the necessary visual explanations and thus support learning success. Whether this also applies in school lessons for learning foreign languages was examined by student Rachel Koller as part of her master's thesis. "Virtual reality enables almost authentic interactions with the environment. I investigated whether this type of learning, as well as the handling of the glasses, can be integrated into traditional school lessons," says Koller.
Interpunkt supported the student with eight Oculus Go VR goggles. The interest in the test results is not unfounded, as the agency has already programmed VR applications for training purposes for learners and fire departments. "Following this project provides us with exciting insights that we will incorporate into the development and programming of future VR applications," says Managing Director Fabian Koch.
Pupils of the mixed secondary class in the 7th and 8th school year from Unterseen participated in the experiment. By interacting with the voice application on the VR glasses, the class trained their pronunciation and expanded their vocabulary. Koller's conclusion after 6 lessons is clear: "The Oculus Go glasses have a pleasant size and can be optimally integrated into the lessons for concrete sequences. The students had fun." In addition to the fun factor, the tests also show learning progress among the young people. Koller attributes these successes to the combination of visual and verbal interactions in authentic situations. The student is convinced that virtual reality provides convincing arguments for its targeted integration into school lessons.

Login is responsible for apprenticeships, internships and further education in the world of transportation. In order to promote the entrepreneurial skills of the apprentices, Login was looking for a solution with gamification elements.
Interpunkt designed a web-based simulation game based on the characteristics of strategic board games. With this idea, the agency managed to prevail against the competition.
"The web-based solution allows Login to be easily distributed and quickly duplicated according to class size," says Fabian Koch, Managing Director of Interpunkt, with conviction. The implementation is carried out by the agency's in-house web development team. The project is being developed in close cooperation with the person responsible at Login.

The Franz Gysi company is a specialized trading, assembly and production company in the field of industrial valves, seals and fluoroplastic parts. For the public fair Pumps & Valves, the Suhr-based company was looking for a crowd puller. The agency Interpunkt could convince with a virtual tour. The assembly and training center in Suhr as well as the stamping plant in Rheinsulz are presented by means of 360° videos, with which the complex offer of Franz Gysi can be explained in German as well as in French within a few minutes.
The virtual tour was a success at the trade fair, so the production company has equipped its sales force with Oculus Go glasses, with which all customers can now get to know Franz Gysi virtually. The videos are also used for job interviews. The potential candidates thus get to know the Rheinsulz site without physically being there.
Franz Gysi is convinced: "The 360° films show our products and services in a simple and understandable way. We get a lot of positive feedback. The production was worth it!".
