If you’ve always wanted to try out an electric car, this summer is your chance: The Clyde E-Car Subscription is available for three months at a discount of up to 45 percent. According to the provider, the subscription includes registration, insurance, taxes, additional drivers, tires, and service—as well as electricity, if desired. The agency Ingo Zürich is responsible for the accompanying campaign.

The creative centerpiece of the campaign is a series of headlines that link well-known vacation destinations to the concept of a subscription: The Côte d’Azur becomes «Abo d’Azur,» Tuscany becomes “Aboskana,” and Monaco becomes “Abonaco.” The ads are designed to inspire people to spontaneously book a vacation with an electric car from Clyde and lead directly to the website, where they can choose the right subscription plan. Fabian Huber, Head of Marketing at Clyde, is enthusiastic: “We really like the headline style—let’s see where we end up this winter with ‘Aborosa’ or ‘Abofee.’”
The vacation photos were taken in Zurich by photographer and AI media artist Dan Cermak. Although summer hadn’t quite arrived yet during the shoot, the resulting images radiate a sense of lightness and spontaneity. Cermak combines his photographic experience with generative tools, creating—according to Benjamin Franken, ECD at Ingo Zurich—«images that appear spontaneous and thrive on lightness, wit, and unexpected »authenticity.«» Franken adds: «He manages to use generative tools in his own recognizable style, thereby creating his own visual language even within this medium.» Huber also highlights the visual language: “The visual language brings a fresh touch to the sometimes overly sanitized visual worlds of advertising generated with AI.”

The campaign has been running on all relevant digital channels since the end of April 2026. Further information and the available subscription plans can be found on Clyde's website: https://www.clyde.ch
