Although sexuality is an essential part of health, it still remains a taboo subject for many. With the support of digital marketing agency Flin, health insurer Atupri is tackling this sensitive topic and focusing on sexual health with a holistic content marketing approach.
Central elements of the campaign are a representative survey of the Swiss population on testing behavior in relation to sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and a guide for couples on how to talk openly about sex. These measures are complemented by various blog articles on topics such as porn addiction, male contraception, male fertility and menopause. The result is a content-nurturing network that covers the whole range of sexual health topics.

All content was developed in collaboration with sexologist Miriam Siegenthaler and specialist Dr. Antonios Liolios. With its own representative survey and the PDF guide, Atupri is creating content that goes beyond banal health tips and aims to make people more vocal about an often taboo subject.
«We deliberately focus on topics that concern people in their everyday lives - even if they are sensitive or not yet well established in the insurance context,» explains Florence Hauri, communications specialist at Atupri.

«Good content marketing takes sensitive questions seriously, incorporates different perspectives from experts and translates them into formats that offer real added value for users,» adds Leandra Brun, content marketing specialist and project manager at Flin. «With the survey and the PDF guide, we have created content that is intended to stimulate conversations about sexual health.»
The campaign is now running on Atupri's digital channels.

The international consulting and fiduciary company Kendris is strengthening its brand presence in Switzerland. The brand campaign orchestrated by Flin has been on display at selected locations since the beginning of September 2025. The advertising measures developed together with the advertising agency Vitamin2 aim to strengthen the Kendris brand with the relevant target groups in the long term.

The campaign focuses on the Zug, Zurich, Aarau and Geneva locations where Kendris has a physical presence. The focus is on the company's core services: succession planning, asset structuring and fiduciary services. "Proximity to our clients is central to Kendris - that's why we want to anchor our brand in the locations where we have a physical presence," explains Bryan Graf, Head of Marketing at Kendris.
The marketing approach developed by Flin combines local and nationwide presence: since September 1, posters and ePanels with key messages have been on display in the target cities, supplemented by digital advertising measures in industry media. "OOH brings Kendris into close proximity to the target group and conveys values such as personal consultation, while the digital presence ensures visibility in the industry," says Nicolas Glauser, co-founder of Flin.

With last year's website relaunch, health insurer Atupri also realigned its content marketing. The focus should be on content that is actually searched for and consumed.
As a strategic content marketing partner, Flin supports the implementation of the various focus topics. In close cooperation with the health insurance company, the agency is creating a content nurturing network geared towards maximum relevance, which should literally get the content marketing strategy up and running.
The first topic is "jogging". With suitable content, Atupri and Flin want to motivate beginners and returning runners to start running - and thus draw attention to the support for health-promoting measures provided by Atupri's supplementary insurance.
At the heart of the campaign are practical training plans that guide beginners step by step - including weekly training updates by email. The content was developed in close collaboration with fitness coach Niklaus Jud from Unik Sports and Olympic medal winner Markus Ryffel.
"The running story is a successful starting point. In future, we will regularly address new focus topics that are geared towards the needs of our target groups," explains Alana Bienz-Ruchti, communications specialist at Atupri.
Marketing automation is a central element of the collaboration. "We don't want our content to be intrusive," explains Flavio Dal Din, co-founder and project manager at Flin. "Our aim is to automatically guide customers to the right supplementary insurance from Atupri with relevant content."

Roser is a trading company for wood-based materials and operates in both the B2B and B2C sectors. For the B2C segment, targeted social media campaigns were developed for the parquet, doors and decking wood product areas. The campaigns are designed to increase brand awareness and appeal to potential customers along their entire journey.
"We want to make Roser's high-quality products visible to homeowners in particular and encourage the target group to visit the showroom," explains Joseph Feid, project manager at Flin. The social media measures have been running in a background noise mechanism since the end of March and are supplemented by search ads on Google.
In the B2B area, the focus is on marketing Veneer Express. With this innovative product, Roser aims to position itself even more specifically as a leading trading company for wood-based materials.
The collaboration between Roser and Flin is reportedly agile with a focus on ongoing prioritization. This ensures that necessary measures, optimizations or adjustments are continuously evaluated and implemented.
Responsible Flin: Joseph Feid (Project Management) and Flurina Klarer (Performance Marketing), Larissa Krattinger (Tracking & Reporting). Responsible at Roser: Tobias Scherg (CEO, Roser AG) and Angela Göllner (Head of Marketing, Roser AG). Video and image production: Nam Phong Brüschweiler, eNPe Content.

Every month, new shoes and brands are highlighted online and in the Ochsner Shoes stores. With an always-on approach, the Flin agency also publicizes these offers in the "digital shop window".
"The aim of the campaigns is to make the POS measures visible to the masses via programmatic and social media ads," explains Flurina Klarer, responsible for programmatic advertising at Flin. The aim is to ensure that potential customers always choose Ochsner Shoes as their preferred retailer the next time they buy shoes.
"Whether sneakers or summer shoes - many Swiss people are not aware of the variety of stylish and fashionable shoes on offer at Ochsner Shoes," explains Caroline Frischknecht, Head of Media Planning at Ochsner Shoes. A stronger focus on awareness campaigns in the digital space should change this.
The creative work behind the advertising material comes from the Zurich agency DD Com. It adapts the POS advertising material into suitable formats for display and social media ads.

Overall, 20 percent of council members would have a profile on all of these popular social media platforms, Zurich-based agency Flin reported Wednesday. Facebook continues to be the social medium most used by councilors, it said, with 92 percent of councilors having a Facebook profile and 87 percent also publishing posts on it in 2023.
On the other hand, only twelve percent of council members have an active presence on YouTube, the second most used platform for Swiss citizens, the statement said.
So far, Tiktok has been little used. Only one in four council members had a corresponding profile, and only 9 percent maintained it regularly, according to the report. It is striking that the parties used the various platforms with varying degrees of intensity.

The analysis also showed that five members of the National Council were completely absent from social media during the period under review.
The survey was based on the 200 members of the National Council who were standing for re-election in July 2023 or for election to the Council of States in October. (SDA/pd/swi)

The fashion store Glore wants to gradually expand its digital presence - and contrast it with the loud glossy appearances of large fashion stores. To promote the online store and the store in Zurich Wiedikon, Glore is now teaming up with the Flin agency.
The first step is to increase the frequency of visitors with advertising on social media and Google. "In order to show that there is an alternative to fast fashion, we need to expand our digital presence in a targeted way," explains Rebekka Sommerhalder, owner of Glore. "With Flin, we have a partner who brings experience in e-commerce and in marketing sustainable fashion labels."
Glore would already have a large community that is regularly served with high-quality organic content. The current online advertising campaign builds on the style of such user-generated content. "In this way, we ensure an authentic appearance and create a differentiation from the glossy appearances of large stores," explains Lukas Günter, Partner at Flin.
In a first step, the campaign focuses on marketing the store in Zurich Wiedikon via Instagram and by means of a Google Local Campaign. This is supplemented by Google Search campaigns to promote the products in the online store. The agile set-up of the campaigns should enable rapid insights and the quick integration of new formats and channels.

Launched last fall in a home office, flin is now moving into its first office. The digital marketing agency shares it with creative studio and film production company Nutshell Films. "What makes us tick is the close collaboration with our clients and partners - with a physical workplace, we want to further strengthen that," explains Nicolas Glauser, Co-Founder of flin. However, location-independent working and the four-day week will remain an essential part of Flin's corporate culture.
Several new mandates won at once
Another reason for the new office is growth in the client portfolio. For example, the agency is now responsible for digital marketing for the trustee Kendris and supports the construction machinery dealer Avesco in marketing their excavators and machines. Flurina Klarer, co-founder, is optimistic: "The signs are pointing to growth, and that makes us happy."

Friday marked the official launch of Flin. The new agency offers content and performance marketing from a single source to cover the entire digital customer journey. "Often the two disciplines are viewed and applied in isolation. This leads to only part of the Journey being covered. We want to change that," explains co-founder Nicolas Glauser, who was previously Head of Performance Marketing at Farner Consulting.
The three founders bring a full backpack with them. Nicolas Glauser has ten years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, Flurina Klarer is a performance marketing expert with many years of Google Ads and programmatic advertising experience, and Flavio Dal Din complements the team with his digital and content marketing expertise.
The three founders look back on a common past in the digital marketing team of the Zurich agency Farner Consulting. "We realized that we have the same philosophy and attitude when it comes to digital marketing and working with clients," explains Flurina Klarer.
This attitude also includes passing on one's own know-how to the companies. "We observe that many companies do not yet have the necessary knowledge and struggle to build it up," adds Flavio Dal Din.
Flin also takes a different approach to working conditions than most agencies. In the beginning, for example, the agency deliberately chose not to have an office and instead relied on remote and co-working or working directly at the client's site.
In addition, the newly founded agency operates a four-day week. "We are convinced that we will work more productively and deliver better quality," says Flurina Klarer.
