The acquisition also enables the FBM Group to expand various business areas. Michael Büchel, founder of Andreas and Conrad, will remain involved in the agency. According to the statement, it is the ideal opportunity for FBM Group to expand its strategic business areas of "people management" and the placement of moderators and speakers. The merger will enable Andreas and Conrad to cooperate with the various departments of FBM Group.

Christoph Bürge, COO FBM Group, is convinced: "Andreas and Conrad are an excellent fit for our group and I am pleased that we are strengthening ourselves in the area of mediation with the acquisition of the people agency. We are going "back to the roots" here: Freddy Burger laid the foundation for his unique career with the placement of artists almost 50 years ago. That's exactly where we're picking up again." Michael Büchel, founder and co-owner of Andreas and Conrad, is also pleased with the new constellation: "Freddy Burger and his FBM Group have always been a great role model for me and their professionalism has always impressed me. With the FBM Group, we have found the best possible partner for a continued successful future."
The FBM Group has been active in the event industry for over 40 years and covers up to 300 events annually. The group is divided into three divisions: FBM Entertainment, FBM Gastronomy and FBM Communications. Today it consists of 20 different companies and has 350 employees.

True to the motto "Simply enjoy", FBM Communications has developed the new communicative appearance of the Restaurants Schifflände in Maur. The agency is responsible for the high-quality image brochure and the design of the new website. Friends of the Schifflände restaurant were also able to play a communicative role in the redesign. For example, amateur photographers were able to send in photos of the Greifensee region as part of a competition launched by FBM Communications. And the winning photos now adorn a large black and white wall in the Schifflände. Managing Director Martin Stierli is delighted with the positive feedback from his guests: "Both regulars and new guests have been nothing but positive about the new Schifflände. And what is more important to a host than making his guests feel at home?"

The unusual annual report, whose design was based on an old exercise book, contains coffee stains, sketches, notes and ink blots. The Zurich agency FBM Communications thus implemented SVIT's brief to design a bold and independent annual report that had never been seen before in this form. "In the end, we decided to design the annual report like a school exercise book, because SVIT is also bold, innovative and offers apprentices and professionals a wide range of training and further education opportunities," says Carmen Schiltknecht, Managing Director of FBM Communications. Tayfun Celiker, Director of SVIT, is also delighted with the visually unique annual report: "We are receiving positive feedback all round. The sometimes self-deprecating and witty elements of the annual report are well received by all target groups and skillfully lighten up the relative dryness of an annual report".
The SVIT annual report was produced in three languages: German, French and Italian.

The Hamilton View development in Glattpark is the first condominium to be built directly on Glattpark Lake. Modern technologies such as high-speed internet, digital TV, music streaming and internet telephony are already available in all apartments. "We call this technology smart living, which creates a future-oriented standard of living," says Marco Früh, Managing Director of Früh Immobilien und Partner.
Are you a Hamilton?
The Zurich agency FBM Communications developed the logo design and the basic concept for the visual implementation: the Victory sign. A teaser campaign was launched at the start of sales with posters and the slogan "Are you a Hamilton?" to attract attention in the Zurich region. The answer followed two weeks later with various posters featuring people of all ages explaining why exactly they are a Hamilton.

Magazine, visualizations & virtual book
The Hamilton View magazine was published at the same time: "Instead of a traditional brochure, our client decided that we should design a creative magazine that was published in a large print run of 10,000 copies, which had never been done before," says Carmen Schiltknecht, Managing Director at FBM Communications. The website with visualizations (Raumgleiter) and TV commercials on Tele Züri were also launched at the start of sales. A specially developed app (Platingroup) also takes account of the digital trend. "You can use it to take a virtual walk through the apartment or courtyard," adds Schiltknecht. Other special communication features include a virtual book and other surprising special promotions that will only be announced later in the marketing process. Initial results show: The Hamilton View residential project has met with a great response in the greater Zurich area, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.

In keeping with the new main partner "The tent" in a fresh shade of yellow for the new 2013 season. "The overall appearance of Das Zelt has been completely redesigned, from advertisements and posters to the 48-page Christmas supplement, which has been included in selected media since November 11," explains Carmen Schiltknecht, Managing Director of FBM Communications. The addition of Chapiteau Post Finance has been added to the logo and the structure of the advertisements and posters has been redesigned.
A change of main partner was reason enough to critically rethink the existing design, says Carmen Schiltknecht. The times when main partners were satisfied with a logo placement are over.
