In 2023, Trimarca will be reorganized at the management level: Since January, Bianca Straub and Sarah Gini will lead Trimarca as owners with the two locations in Chur and St. Gallen. Martin Hilzinger is leaving Trimarca and will only be active on a reduced basis for targeted projects and long-standing clients: "After so many years of agency life with countless fantastic employees, exciting projects, sensational clients and even better people behind them, I feel like a fresh start! I don't yet know what that will look like. The unknown feels super, free and exciting for me. The fact that Bianca and Sarah are continuing Trimarca is a stroke of luck for our team and our customers. And especially for me!" Hilzinger is quoted as saying in a press release.
Straub's and Gini's many years of experience would also strengthen the creation and marketing management: In the future, Gini would be responsible for the two areas of marketing consulting and digital advertising. She had gained know-how during her 5 years as marketing manager at the ZFV company (with the Sorell Hotels). Straub brings more than 15 years of experience in the field of advertising and communication with her - she will take over the areas of content and creation at Trimarca.
In addition, the team in Chur and St. Gallen continues to grow, as Trimarca reports: Laura Tarneller (project management), Patrik Biberstein (text), Mirjam Heller (project management), Cyrill Frick (design), Nicole Derungs (project management) and Raphaela Mareischen (design) are joining the agency with immediate effect.
