Film ideas at the push of a button: That's the idea behind the "Ideas Generator" from the Bern-based film production company Crunch. Details such as duration, language or broadcast location can be entered into the tool together with specifically selected texts. For example, the target group is to be described, type and style selected, and the goal of the film explained.
If something is not yet clear, a point can also be skipped. A few seconds later you already get the first idea with
a concise title and a short description. This way, initial ideas can be generated quickly and easily, which can either be refined and implemented right away or serve as inspiration for further brainstorming sessions.
If an idea is not yet fully developed, you can give feedback. For example, if you like the start, but the resolution is still not surprising enough, you can give new input through a text field like in a chat. Based on the first idea and the new inputs, a new version is created. It is also possible to generate a completely new idea in order to test what is possible.
The next step is to mirror the ideas with experienced creative minds. The ideas generated will primarily serve as a springboard for further ideas and concepts. Future versions could offer further potential for additional added value. For example, initial mood images could be created with image generators or a rough, non-binding cost estimate could be presented. Here you can test the application.
